Delivery areas

We offer FREE shipping to:

  • England, Wales, Scotland (mainland)
  • Northern Ireland
  • Republic of Ireland

We currently don't deliver to:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands
  • International addresses outside Ireland

Shipping costs

Always FREE - No minimum order value required.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched the next business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the following business day.

Delivery timeframes

Standard delivery: Up to 10 business days from dispatch

Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Shipping method

All orders are shipped via DHL with full tracking information provided.

You'll receive:

  • Dispatch confirmation email with tracking number
  • Tracking link to monitor your delivery progress
  • SMS updates from DHL (where mobile number provided)

Peak season delivery

Christmas & busy periods: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (November-January).

For Christmas delivery, please email custserv@hotteeze.com to check if we can guarantee delivery in time for your needs.

Delivery information

Address requirements:

  • Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address
  • Include postcode and any relevant delivery instructions
  • We deliver to residential and business addresses

Someone must be available to receive the package - DHL will attempt delivery during normal business hours.

Failed deliveries

If DHL cannot deliver your order:

  • They will attempt redelivery (usually 3 attempts)
  • You'll receive notification of failed delivery attempts
  • Packages are returned to local DHL depot for collection
  • Contact DHL directly using your tracking number for redelivery options

Important: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, you may be charged for reshipping costs.

Order tracking

Track your order using:

  • The tracking link in your dispatch email
  • DHL website with your tracking number
  • DHL mobile app

Damaged or missing items

Damaged packages:

  • Inspect your package on delivery
  • Report any damage to DHL and email us immediately at custserv@hotteeze.com
  • Include photos of damaged packaging and products

Missing orders:

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, contact DHL first
  • After 48 hours, email custserv@hotteeze.com and we'll investigate
